30-Day Exchange Policy

We want you to love your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your print, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery for store credit toward future purchases. Please note that original shipping costs are excluded from the exchange value. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Contact us at gallery@paliadnik.com to initiate an exchange.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within several business days: please allow enough time for quality assurance, proper packaging and custom orders. Original artworks ship free within the United States. Prints are carefully packaged and shipped flat in rigid mailers or rolled in protective tubes, depending on size. Aluminum-mounted prints arrive ready to hang.

Quality Guarantee

Every print is inspected, signed by the artist, and produced on archival-quality materials. We use Hahnemühle German Etching Paper and professional-grade printing processes to ensure your artwork lasts a lifetime.
